Doctor Kagan was incredibly kind, friendly, and sympathetic. I’m used to certain doctors not believing me when I’m in pain, but Dr Kagan believed me immediately and figured out what was going on with my foot and worked on a plan with me to help. It’s always a huge relief when a doctor actually believes you.
First off, compared to most doctors Dr Kegan has a thorough cleansing process. Seeing how he treated his tools and his staff made me at ease and I felt like I was in the right place. I had an ingrown toenail that was giving me pain for over 2 years...
Dr. Kagan is very knowledgeable and competent. He has excellent bedside manners. He explained everything that I needed to know with my foot. My whole experience interacting with Dr. Kagan is very pleasant. He knows how to make his patients feel comfortable. He is such a people person but at the same time very professional. He will be highly recommended to my friends.
I never write reviews. I have seen over 10 different podiatrists all over NY. Dr. Kagan was one of the only doctors to take me seriously and actually provide solutions for my chronic ingrown toenails of 15+ years. He did the best job at cutting them out. He did not question my pain. He got right to the point!! Finally! I am so relieved and happy I could cry.
I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr Jeff Kagan and his team for the care, kindness and gentle way they handle my sons care. Dr Kagan explains everything he does and makes sure I am comfortable with the process before he moves forward. He always lets us know all of our options and then provides his best recommendation. He reached out personally to check on my son after each procedure. It’s just the extra touch and TLC that sets him apart. I wholeheartedly recommend this physician.
Dr. Jeff was AMAZING!!! He's attentive, knowledgeable, caring, charismatic, and much much more. On my first visit he already created a plan and started with a steroid shot. Let me just say he's very receptive to pain! He made sure I didn't feel a thing! I'm such a baby when it comes to pain, he let me get headphones and listen to music and my eyes were closed, but before I knew it, I opened my eyes and he was trying to get my attention because he was done a long time ago but the music was too loud lol!!! Anyway you are in great hands with this doctor!

“I was seen by Dr. Jefrey Kagan, DPM. I couldn’t walk due to my accessory navicular bone inflammation. He performed an X-ray to diagnose the foot and recommended a shot of anti-inflammatory steroids. I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure and I was able walk with a boot cast. I highly recommend it for anyone who is suffering any foot issues.
